IMPORTANT: In order to participate in the course, all students must sign THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER.* Please complete this task prior to arriving at the summit.

*This step must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for students under 18.

WHAT TO BRING

DAY 1

Full-Day Classroom Based

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. Bring a notepad/pen, water bottle, snacks, packed lunch (if you do not wish to purchase food off-site) and an open mind.

DAY 2

Morning Classroom / Afternoon Beach

For the morning session, please bring the same items as Day 1. Additionally, please bring a yoga mat and/or towel to lay on for the Apnea Training module.

For the afternoon session, please bring a wetsuit, towel, and change of clothes for the Pohaku Ceremony.

Below are medical supply recommendations to begin building out your personal kits. Please evaluate these based on which options are most practical for your needs (this list is not all-required nor all-encompassing).

In general, we highly recommend North American Rescue for medical supplies as many of their products are the gold-standard.

We have also included recommended apps and reading materials for your continuing education. Enjoy!
