The first minutes following a traumatic injury, i.e., catching a surf fin to the artery or breaking a bone, are crucial in saving one’s life. Uncontrolled bleeding can result in death within minutes--even before professional emergency responders can arrive. When you’re in an unfamiliar location with no resources, you’ll need the core essential medical supplies to stabilize such an injury until help comes. “Ouchy boo boo” medical supplies won’t tow the line in these situations.

Designed with input from ocean water safety, wilderness medicine, and tactical medical experts, the contents of the “Risk Technician” are internally compartmentalized into treatment categories for rapid and successful management of an injury. This Trauma Aid Kit features six (6) easy-to-open nylon carrying packs for Bleed (x2), Bandages, Wound Clean, Splinting, and Eye Care. All packs are fitted with a velcro strip on the bottom that keeps the packs secure in the case. Each pack contains intuitive, easy-to-access medical supplies that are designed to stop multiple types of life-threatening injuries for multiple patients. Supplies are packaged in ruggedized vacuum-sealed pouches for a compact fit in your kit.
